We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product is leaking or defective

• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like personal preferences or change of mind.

🚚 Return Process

If your product is eligible:

1. Email us at jemimashruthiraj@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 98454 67557 with clear images of the issue.

2. We will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.

3. After inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

💸 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and verify the product, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
